This prototype policy is a starting structure only. The final legally binding version should reflect the College’s actual data collection, payment processor, admission workflow, refund rules, governing entity and applicable law.
Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content or interfere with service availability.
Submitting an online application or paying a registration/application fee does not by itself guarantee admission. Admission remains subject to eligibility, verification, merit/selection rules, seat availability and applicable regulations.
A transaction is treated as successful only after confirmation by the College’s payment system. Users should retain the generated acknowledgement and receipt.
Dates, fees, eligibility, policies and programme information may be updated in accordance with official decisions and applicable rules.
